Here, we’ll discuss the importance of understanding how people communicate and the different behavioral styles so that you can adapt to the prospect’s preferred styles. Bonding and rapport will allow you to focus on the prospect and build a more trusting relationship. Next, you will learn more about communication models and psychological theories so you can use these building blocks in your communication to facilitate bonding and rapport by adapting your style to be more like your prospect’s.
