Sales Mastery: The Importance of Bonding Building Rapport
When you are trying to build rapport with a prospect, your communication can create either roadblocks or building blocks. Here, we’ll discuss the importance of understanding how people communicate and the different behavioral styles so that you can adapt to the prospect’s preferred styles.
