How your prospect makes his or her buying decision shouldn't be a mystery. This is the final component in the qualifying process. It can be looked at as the last step in the system, or it can be seen as it really is: The step that you didn’t put enough effort into to close this deal. You can miss so much if you forget that “Everything’s an Iceberg” and you must ask them for details that close deals.
