D-I-S-C helps us understand how people with different personality styles can better communicate with each other. The earlier you learn the other parties’ “style,” the better. How does your conversation with a risk taker differ for someone who is more conservative? What happens when you confidently reverse a difficult question and the prospect’s “critical parent” shows up? How do you calm the mood? This workshop should help adjust correctly.

Getting your prospect to agree on a budget and getting them to share the amount they are willing to spend is a selling skill. This workshop should be well attended as it is the one step where most salespeople fail, when it should be your best friend, if it is executed properly.
