Sales Mastery: Communicating with other Personalities
D-I-S-C helps us understand how people with different personality styles can better communicate with each other. The earlier you learn the other parties’ “style,” the better. How does your conversation with a risk taker differ for someone who is more conservative? What happens when you confidently reverse a difficult question and the prospect’s “critical parent” shows up? How do you calm the waters? This workshop should help adjust accordingly.
