Next is getting your prospects to relate the personal impact and cost or worth of those problems, followed by learning those personal feelings that move people from interest and curiosity into compelling reasons to engage with you and not a competitor, which on the surface appears to be your equal, unless you use this consultative approach to stand out from them.
