Meet Brad

Brad Ferguson is the CEO of Best Sales Force, Inc., a licensed Sandler Training center located in Scottsdale, Arizona.  In 1994, Ferguson met David Mattson, the author of "The Sandler Rules" and fell in love with his approach to the selling profession, training methods, and curriculum he delivered,  He bought into what was then the Sandler Sales Institute franchise system.  In 1995, the founder of Sandler Training, David H. Sandler was a part of Ferguson's initial training.  Learning from these two selling masters has help Ferguson himself become a recognized leader in the organization.  He is an award winning sales development expert and brings endless value to the companies that use his unique abilities in the areas of sales improvement, sales management effectiveness, business growth, and sales talent recruiting.

Personal Life & Previous Experience

Brad lives in the Phoenix area with his wife, Renee and their daughter. He is a former teacher and coach, whose sales background lies in positions of Sales Manager and then Vice President of Sales and Operations for a large Northeastern home furnishings retailer, and then as a top producing sales rep and then National Sales Trainer for a major manufacturer. Brad's combined sales and training career spans some twenty-five years.
